$125 (1-2 adults)
$135 (1-2 adults and children)

Minimum rate Spring Break and holidays is $159 plus tax.
 
Kitchen equipped with full size appliances, dishes, microwave, coffee maker and all utensils needed for cooking.

The bedroom has a queen bed. The living room has two twin daybeds. Linens provided.

The bath has a shower/ tub combination. Towels provided.
TV with cable. Central heat & air. No phone.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations with less than two weeks notice or departures resulting in dropped reservation days you will lose your deposit (one night's stay).

If we are able to rebook your dates there will only be a fee of $25.
