If there is a better stay in Ft. Davis, we haven't found it yet ( and we don't think we ever will). We absolutely enjoyed our stay @ the Webster House. The view from the living room is breathtaking - not to mention the care you've given this house. We felt like we were at home and find it hard to leave on Sunday. We are definitely staying here again on our next trip!

FANTASTIC! We've been coming to Ft. Davis since 1986 and this is now the place we'll call home from now on. Felt like we were in a mansion. It's such a nice place. We are so jealous of Ft. Davis lifestyle! When we win the Lottery we'll move here. I can actually feel my blood pressure drop when I pull into Ft. Davis! Love all the butterflys and that great sculpture in front yard! Don't change anything! No place has night skies like here! Wanted to take the front porch back home with us!!
Best kept secret in Ft. Davis! We love this home and love this town. We've been coming for 40 yrs and are always anxious to return. Can't wait to return to the Webster house our new "home away from home"

We came, we saw, we conquered our stress - at least for 4 wonderful days! The rocking chairs, the front porch & the breeze spelled relaxation & renewal. Webster House and your hospitality are both delightful. Fort Davis & all the surrounding majesty of the "West" inspires. We didn't see the Marfa Lights, but we saw the most beautiful starry skies I can remember... Happy Trails to You and Us until we meet again.

We enjoyed our 25th wedding anniversary here and in the beautiful Davis Mountains. The town is clean and freindly. Our son loved the Ft. Davis Nat'l Park (he's in JROTC in high school) our equestrian daughter loved the horse back riding, my husband ( the geologist) loved the topography and McDonald Observatory. I loved the ambiance, the beautiful, historical setting of Webster house and your wonderful hospitality. Thank you Dan and Terri.
Dear Friends, We have thoroughly enjoyed these couple of days. This was the perfect place to unwind after a two week business trip in Phoenix. We are now on our way home. We have had a great time driving around, going to the observatory and eating great food. We have also enjoyed being able to see the stars! We definitely will be coming back. Dear Friends - Thanks for the comfortable home - like the feeling we found here. In fact it's better! It was like having the TV on "mute" all the time. As we gazed out the windows there was a feeling of being someone looking on a quiet country scene, yet at the same time being in the scene. The home is beautiful and spoke to each one of us in a different way.
Hopefully we will be up there in July when the new visitor center opens at the observatory. Just looking around at the site made me miss Ft. Davis. We always love staying at the Webster House. Laura Nelson Boles

The Webster House exceeded our expectations. What a wonderful home! The woodwork alone was breathtaking enough to keep one busy for hours admiring it. Never anticipated such a fully-stocked kitchen either. Thank you for a wonderful stay...we will be back.
