Prices include private use of the entire Webster House.

Three bedrooms, two baths, kitchen with dishwasher, living room, (TV room with cable TV/DVD/ daybed) high speed internet access, laundry room, private tree shaded grilling area, flagstone patio area, mountain views.

1 -2 adults: $170
3 - 4 adults: $300
5 - 6 adults: $350
Two adults with children: $190
Pets: $10 nightly (per pet)
$70 maximum (one pet)
$100 maximum (two or more pets)

Spring Break/ Holidays/ Special Events:
Three Night Minimum
Minimum Rate: $300 plus tax.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations with less than two weeks notice or departures resulting in dropped reservation days you will lose your deposit (one night's stay).

If we are able to rebook your dates there will only be a fee of $25.
